Money Laundering

We are required to report to the NCA under the Criminal Finance Act 2017 and section 330 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 if we have reason to believe that you or anyone associated with your business is or has been involved in money laundering. Failure on our part to make a report based on knowledge or reasonable suspicion would be a criminal offence.

Money laundering is defined under section 340(11) of the Proceeds of Crime Act as the purchase, possession, or participation in arrangements for hiding the proceeds of any conduct that is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom. This is a fairly broad term that encompasses the following:

The results generated by any accounting software do not constitute advise and are meant to supplement and aid in the discussion of protection needs between a Financial Advisor and their client(s), or for independent use by Customers. Modifications to any software application may be issued from period to period.

While great care has been taken to ensure that the information/calculations contained within the accounting software used are accurate and current, no warranty is made as to the accuracy or completeness of any information, and no liability is accepted for any loss, damages, or expenditures you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your access to and use of this application and website.

Applicable Law

These agreements are governed by English law and will be construed in line with it. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, conflict, or difference arising out of these terms and conditions or any matter relating to them.
